As individual treatments involving deep release / realignment can involve a number of factors (including your readiness), I'm now offering this longer booking time. My Integrative approach combines whatever you individually need at this time, selecting from a range of Integrative Bodywork and Energy Work tools to facilitate your re-set. We initially talk about what you'd like to work on, and the work is very much led by your current challenges and intentions, so completely personalised. It's fantastic opportunity for a re-set around your birthday month each year, at times of major change, and at other times when you may feel drawn to initiate or respond to a major shift. It's also a perfect gift to yourself if you're wanting to learn more about the quantum field and your own energy system. All sessions are facilitated in accordance with your higher self - your soul, so you will always receive the healing that is correct for your stage of your journey. We can work specifically or generally for re-tuning/ re-alignment. We can also work deeply on mental, emotional, physical, relationship, and spiritual issues you are experiencing and help you receive any energetic "upgrades" and incorporate new energetic "templates" that are required to help you shift out of outdated belief systems & emotional patterning, allowing your outer life experiences to shift also.
