From my own experience I know that yoga is the one of the best ways to learn about myself, and how to I cope with the adversities of life that might blindside me on the path that I choose to follow.
When I was younger I used to suffer from sickness, and believe it stemmed from holding onto emotions inside. At times this made my life very difficult and my goals unrealistic.
Through the practice of yoga I have been learning to understand myself better, and losing the sense of 'myself', and how I identify with that at the same time.
I have learnt that Yoga is not only a practice that takes place on the mat. It is about every breath I take in every situation I encounter during this exhilarating and unmapped journey that I call ‘My Life’.
Our life is a long journey, one where in we are shown road signs and it is up to us whether we follow them or not I hope that Yoga and Ayurveda will help your journey as your spiritual and guiding tools, as it has me on mine.
My aim is to support people who want to be happier and healthier, and I am very much looking forward to seeing you soon:)
