Along with the 7 main chakras (energy centres) many of us know about from the yogic tradition, there are 'new' energy centres coming online. Really, these energy vortexes (chakras) have always been there, but people developing greater awareness is allowing a conscious connection to be made.
The Earth Star has been of great importance amongst my clients over the past year or 2. I've facilitated connection to this energy centre in over half of my clients who've come for bodywork or energy work. With big energetic shifts taking place, it is enabling us to ground, anchor, strengthen and deepen our connection to Mother Earth.
